Have A Little Faith in We

And now for part 2 of Christmas in July we go to …. Christmas Day!

Danny’s family has hosted a Christmas breakfast for years where they invite neighbors – both current and ones from years past – to join us and kick off the big day! This year it was a quiet brunch with Danny’s neighbor’s from growing up, the Evans, us and Dan’s parents. Mix the good company with some tasty breakfast foods and mimosas to cheers with and the perfect kick off to Christmas!

Then it was present time and this year we got an extra Shibas….from my inlaws!

Quinlan has the knack of presents down pretty good…..

And then it was round two at the Heppes where we enjoyed the little ones, some fun presents, family photo opp and dinner.

With so much family, friends, presents, food – and really fun, the day goes so quickly. And this year there was a little sadness that it was the last Christmas in my parents house, the one we grew up. Tomorrow we will finish up our Christmas holiday season from 2018 and then we will walk through the changes of 2019. Of course new can be hard but it has also brought some amazing and beautiful things. So what better way to say goodbye to this chapter with a beautiful holiday and time together.
